The fitting of the aluminum die-casting motor shell port and the end cover is required to be both removable and tight, so as to ensure the coaxiality of the stator and rotor. If the end cover is deformed or worn loose, the air gap will be uneven, resulting in motor vibration and noise. In serious cases, the "sweeping" fault of stator and rotor rubbing will occur. The manufacturer of motor housing tells you the repair method:
1. Shrink end repair method
Check the axial distance between the winding end and the end cover. If there is enough space, put the stator on the lathe for "alignment", turn the worn shell port to 1 / 2 ~ 2 / 3 of the seam length (measured on the seam of the end cover), and then process the inner diameter of the seam according to the matching tolerance (the seam length should be greater than the seam length of the end cover). In addition, the bearing gear of the rotor shaft at the processing end must be turned into the corresponding length to keep the original axial fit between the rotor bearing gear and the gear of the end cover bearing chamber.
2. Mating male and female sleeve
This method can be used to repair the motor with no extra space between the end of stator winding and end cover.
① Align the stator on the lathe, and turn the damaged port to about twice the lip length L.
② Remove the workpiece after turning out the stop size a with the length of the port inner diameter slightly larger than H.
③ Shape and corresponding matching size of turning yin-yang steel sleeve.
④ Press the machined male and female sleeves into the junction of stator ports.
