Please note that the load current does not exceed the rated current, pay attention to the heating and oil leakage of the bearing, especially according to the regulations, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed the rated value. Therefore, in the process of use, we should be familiar with and master some maintenance skills.
1. When the thermal protection of aluminum motor operates continuously, it should be determined whether the fault is caused by aluminum motor, overload or the setting value of protection device is too low, which may be put into operation after troubleshooting.
2. The operating environment should always be dry, the motor surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust and fibers.
3. At the end of the bearing life, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase greatly. Check whether the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, and then replace the bearing.
4. Ensure that the aluminum motor is well lubricated during operation. Generally, the lubricating grease should be added or replaced after the motor operates for a period of time. When the bearing overheats or the lubrication becomes poor during operation, replace the hydraulic oil with grease immediately. When replacing grease, remove the old lubricating oil and clean the oil grooves of bearings and bearing covers with gasoline.
5. When replacing the coil, you must write down the form, size, turns, wire gauge, etc. of the original coil. When you lose these data, you should ask the manufacturer to replace the original design coil at will, and some performance will degrade or even lose use value.
6. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be taken out from the extended end or non extended end of the shaft. If it is not necessary to disassemble the fan, it is more convenient to take out the rotor from the non shaft extension end. When removing the rotor from the stator, please avoid damaging the stator winding or insulation.
