However, the full digital driver technology of domestic servo aluminum motor is still relatively backward, which is mainly limited to the lack of practical motor digital control algorithm and high reliable power module, which greatly limits the promotion of domestic servo motor. Due to the national attention to manufacturing equipment and its technological transformation, with the gradual improvement of the performance price ratio of the full digital AC permanent magnet servo system, the market demand of AC servo motor, as a high-end precision component of control motor, will grow steadily, and its application prospect will be very promising in the past five years.
Servo aluminum motor shell is a motor that converts pulse signal into linear displacement or angular displacement by using the action principle of electromagnet. With each electric pulse, the stepping motor rotates at a certain angle to drive the machine to move a short distance.
Servo driver output torque setting:
1. Set the positioning completion pulse range under the position control mode;
2. This parameter provides the basis for the driver to judge whether the positioning is completed under the position control mode. When the number of remaining pulses in the position deviation counter is less than or equal to the set value of this parameter, the servo driver considers that the positioning has been completed, and the in place switch signal is on, otherwise it is off;
3. In the position control mode, output the position positioning completion signal, acceleration and deceleration time constant;
4. The setting value indicates the acceleration time of the motor from 0~2000r/min or the deceleration time from 2000~0r/min;
5. Acceleration and deceleration characteristics are linear reaching speed range;
6. Set the arrival speed.
